Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All goods will be inspected on return. Please note that items returned having been worn, odoured, stained (with perfume, make-up or deodorant), washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 30 day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Overseas Returns: please clearly mark your parcel as a RETURN. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or charges relating to incorrectly labelled returned parcels.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
